What are
Far Infrared Saunas?

There is nothing better than 30 minutes of sweat in a sauna. When you are done, you will feel more relaxed and rested, and the heat will help relieve muscle aches and improve your overall health and well-being.

However, if the high temperature of a traditional sauna is too much for you, an infrared sauna can provide the benefits of a sauna without extreme heat.

Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas do not heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lights (using electromagnetic radiation) to directly warm your body. Physiotherapist, Vivian Eisenstadt, MAPT, CPT, MASP explained: "These saunas use infrared panels instead of traditional heat, which can easily penetrate human tissues and heat the body before heating the air." Infrared sauna enthusiasts said the heat Deeper than warm air. This allows you to experience more intense sweat at lower temperatures.

Unlike the traditional sauna, the traditional sauna can absorb body moisture and heat the internal temperature to a potentially dangerous level, while our infrared sauna can reduce the temperature. Infrared is an electromagnetic wave that occupies 80% of the solar radiation energy. There are three types of electromagnetic waves collectively referred to as infrared: near infrared, mid infrared, and far infrared. The sun emits electromagnetic waves of all wavelengths, including gamma rays, but only electromagnetic waves with a wavelength of 4 to 1000 microns are far infrared. Far infrared rays have a strong penetrating power, which can usually reach about 4-5 cm of the skin, and can transfer energy to internal organs and tissues of the human body. Because the far-infrared wavelengths emitted by the two are in the same field, it can cause resonance to greatly activate human cells, which has a magical effect on promoting human metabolism and strengthening human microcirculation. It can also promote the discharge of waste in the body and enhance the energy of various tissues and organs in the human body. It has powerful detox and fitness effects.
